What service or product do you offer?
At Living At Your Finest Wellness, I provide holistic, integrative, and membership-based Direct Primary Care that empowers individuals and families to take charge of their health and well-being. My practice blends traditional medicine with lifestyle medicine-addressing nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and social connection-to help patients prevent disease, restore balance, and truly live at their finest. It's whole-person healthcare reimagined.
When did you connect with your passion?
My passion for whole-person wellness was born early in my medical career, when I realized that true healing extends beyond prescriptions-it requires partnership, purpose, and empowerment. Every time I see a patient reclaim their joy, energy, and confidence, it reignites my drive to serve. My mission has always been to help others flourish in faith and live their finest body, mind, and spirit.
What was your key reason for joining the Atlanta Black Chambers?
I joined the Atlanta Black Chambers to align with visionary leaders who are creating meaningful impact in our communities. I believe in the power of collaboration and shared excellence. Through Atlanta Black Chambers, I hope to connect, contribute, and cultivate partnerships that elevate both health and entrepreneurship-strengthening the collective legacy of Black excellence in Atlanta and beyond.

My 2026 goal and beyond is to expand Living At Your Finest Wellness into a thriving Lifestyle Medicine Hub in Metro Atlanta-offering group wellness programs, corporate partnerships, and community events that redefine what healthcare can look like. I'm on a mission to help more families and professionals flourish in faith, live in freedom, and perform at their finest-for life.
