Be careful about too much caffeine! It's not good for your heart. Black drinks (coffee, black tea, cola) can also interfere with vitamin & mineral absorption. Keep caffeinated and/or dark fluids to about 16 ounces daily. Try decaf or half-caf coffee, decaf black or green tea, or red/rooibos tea (pictured) which does not have caffeine. Be sure to get other fluids throughout the day - water, flavored water, milk, or 100% fruit juice.
