Myth: The longer you stay in, the better the results

✨ Truth: More time doesn’t mean more benefits, in fact, overexposure can lessen effectiveness. Your skin’s cells can only absorb so much light energy at once. Optimal treatment times are based on science to deliver the right dose safely and effectively. We recommend about 10 minutes per session.

Myth: You can get a tan from laying in an LED light therapy bed

✨ Truth: LED therapy doesn’t use UV rays, so it doesn’t tan or damage your skin. It works on a cellular level using specific wavelengths to stimulate healing, collagen production, and reduce inflammation.

Myth: An LED light therapy mask is just as effective as a bed

✨ Truth: Not all devices are created equal. Wavelength accuracy, light intensity, and treatment time matter. Professional-grade devices such as our LED bed deliver deeper, more effective results than at-home devices.

Myth: results are instant and permanent
