For 15 years, ACP has been a trusted leader in nursing services for medically complex Medicaid patients, providing exceptional care at home, in schools, and in our PPEC daycares. We partner with our families to build a strong support system of trust and confidence as we collaborate to implement the right care plan for our patients. Our caregivers go ABOVE and BEYOND to make a difference in the lives of our patients, who we have the honor and privilege to serve. Georgia & Texas - Private duty nursing care services offering support to patients and families throughout the state of Georgia and San Antonio, Texas. Our prescribed pediatric extended care (PPEC) facilities enable children with medically complex conditions to receive medical and therapeutic care at a non-residential pediatric center, where they can enjoy a daycare environment that’s safe and designed specifically for them. Currently caring for patients in Port St. Lucie, with new locations coming soon to Fort Pierce and Titusville.

Kinika has been a valued part of the ACP family since 2018, and her dedication and compassionate care have made a lasting impact on her clients and their loved ones. She's built incredible relationships through her hard work and commitment, always going the extra mile.

Not only is she an outstanding nurse, but she's also pursuing further education in nursing at Georgia State University (GSU) to continue growing her skills. We’re beyond proud of her drive and passion!

ACP was founded in 2010 with the purpose of changing the way Home Care services are delivered. From patient care to outstanding customer service, we thrive for excellence in everything we do. Our primary focus is on providing absolute the best to our families and caregivers. We are committed to going above and beyond! We raise the bar when it comes to care, communication, and flawless ex*****on. We are family, and for that reason, we hold each other to the highest standards: The ACP Way. Our caregivers are hand-picked and fit our caring culture and they present the skills required to care for our patients. We employee LPNs, RNs and CNAs and we serve Medically Fragile patients in the comfort of their home or school. Our services are mostly paid by Medicaid or by the school system so there is zero cost to our families. Our caregivers are well appreciated and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that goes way above industry standards. We take care of whom take care of our families because they are the heartbeat of ACP.
