A New Year with the same Resolutions....... Every year we make these promises to our selves that were gonna Eat better, loose the weight and most importantly get Healthy, but yet we fail miserably. Why do you suppose that is? I discovered that for me ,it was a combination of things. Lack of Control and Bad Habits{Will Power} was just one of the things that has held me back from my success as far as goals I wanted to achieve. It clicked for me when I decided to Love myself more than I ever thought I could and got rid of past Baggage{people,places,things,and unhealthy foods}and thatβs when the change began...Change is Subtle and very revealing and sometimes you donβt realize itβs happening, but believe me it is. Whatβs holding you back from living your best life?
