Frazer Center

Frazer Center Fostering inclusive communities where people with and without disabilities gather, learn, & flourish.

Annually we serve over 250 children - one-third of whom have a developmental disability - between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years in our inclusive Child Development Program. We are one of only a few inclusive early education programs in metro-Atlanta and are unique in supporting both children and adults with disabilities in reaching their full potential.

🎉 Big news from the Frazer Center! 🎉

CONGRATULATIONS to our CEO DeAnna Julian who was just appointed to the Behavioral Health Reform and Innovation Commission by Governor Kemp!

DeAnna has long been a fierce advocate for Georgians with developmental disabilities, and now she’ll bring her passion and experience to the state level, helping to shape long-term reforms in Georgia’s behavioral health system.

Here she is at the swearing-in ceremony with her extended-family member, Ryan Ramirez.

GOOO DeAnna!! We’re so proud of you! 💙💚💙

Happy 35th Anniversary to the Americans with Disabilities Act!

Signed into law on July 26, 1990, the ADA is landmark civil rights legislation that prohibits discrimination and helps ensure that people with disabilities have equal access to all areas of public life.

There’s still work to do to break down systemic barriers—but thanks to the ADA, the progress over the last 35 years has been significant.

Frazer Center adult participants joined the celebration at the ADA 35 Rally hosted by Fulton County’s Office of Diversity and Civil Rights Compliance. Thank you, DCRC!

🚐 TWO NEW VANS!!! 🚐 When one of our vans kicked the bucket last year, we reached out to our community to help us replace it. Thanks to our generous donors—and thanks to a great deal we found—we have not one but TWO new vehicles. A very special shout-out to the anonymous angel who made all this possible. WE LOVE OUR COMMUNITY!

Gather. Learn. Flourish.

At the Frazer Center, inclusion is key. Our Child Development Program provides early education for children with and without disabilities, and our Adult Program provides pre-vocational services and supported employment for adults with developmental disabilities.

We are nestled in a 39-acre old-growth forest that includes the historic Cator Woolford estate. The beautiful Cator Woolford Gardens is our social enterprise and provides a charming location for weddings, events, and film shoots.

Come check out this “hidden gem” that we call home!
