I’ll never forget one of the most important lessons I learned early in my career as a physical therapist.

Before you treat pain, you ask:
What’s actually causing it?

Just because your knee hurts when you sit doesn’t mean sitting is the problem.
It might be how you’re sitting.
The angle. The position. The lack of movement.

Look at this chair—it’s standard. Nothing special.
But when you support the knee and allow micro-movement, you can completely change how your body feels in the chair—without changing the chair itself.

If your knees hurt when you sit, don’t ignore it.
