Go ahead, move into the weekend more balanced, mobile, stable, and strong after MOVE30 filming! Fundamental movements, squatting and lunging, were the stars of the show today, with some scene-stealing training in deceleration (putting on the brakes) and stability.

It’s an unbeatable way to start a Film Fest Friday and a fun, cutting-edge way to build an unbreakable body: 3D30! Meg and Cathy led a high-octane filming, covering all the physical bases: cardio, strength, and mobility. Tracey and AJ charged us up from the first moment of Core filming, with our bodies as power grids and our cores as the distribution centers, fueling power and strength when and where we need it.

High voltage wood chops for 3D training, mountain climbers for cardio, super-set-style work, and the angled ramp made Core a full, functional, and foundational 30 minutes, with this fun bonus: see those extra wattage smiles from Tracey and AJ? Laughing before, after, and even during the workouts may be our favorite core-strengthening side effect.
