Client Transformation

How my client Jackie went from stressed out and low-energy to losing 25 pounds in just 6 months —without having to starve herself or do workouts 7 days a week.

Meet Jackie—she’s probably just like you, a wife, a mom, a busy working woman and a grandmother.

She hadn’t worked out regularly in years, and been struggling with losing weight and eating right. She felt she had no will power to give up snacking on unhealthy foods and her bad cholesterol was elevated.

Jackie really wanted to make a change because her oldest son was getting married in six months and she wanted to feel good and be at a healthy weight.

But like so many of my clients, she believed she had to cut out all her favorite foods and snacks, when in reality she needed to focus more on integrating more healthy options in her diet.

If she incorporated more healthy options, it would lessen her cravings for overly processed snacks so that she could lower her cholesterol and see her belly fat shrink.

With this new breakthrough, We got to work by doing two personal training sessions a week and Jackie getting on her elliptical another 2 days a week for about 30 minutes. She prioritized protein, chose healthier snack options, like fruit and popcorn, without starving herself.

And guess what?
* Jackie lost 25 pounds in 6 months!�
* brought her bad cholesterol levels back to normal! �
* looked and felt amazing at her son’s wedding!�

Just like Jackie, achieving the results you want is possible when you take action everyday, no matter how small. You also have to decide to make yourself a priority, bet on yourself and believe that you can have the body and life of your dreams.

It’s Easier Than You Think

Most aspiring, over-tired, and overworked moms believe that getting healthy and fit only consists of eating 500 calories a day of foods you hate, spending hours in the gym, or doing a bunch of cardio on the treadmill or Stairmaster.

Sound familiar?

Yet this couldn’t be further from the truth.

You might be surprised to discover that what matters about weight loss and getting fit, is not about eating like a little bird or working out so hard you burn out.

If we only teach you “what foods you shouldn’t eat” or “how many calories you have to burn,” your weight loss journey will end with you feeling frustrated, disappointed in your results, and tempted to go back to old habits.

So how do you achieve sustained weight loss, more energy, and a healthier, fitter body?

By doing less than 1-hour full-body workouts that target all those problematic areas to sculpt those abs and lovely love handles. Ladies, did you know that. . .

Muscle mass naturally declines as we age? But here's the kicker: strength training can not only halt this process but actually reverse it! Women in their 40s and beyond can build lean muscle just as effectively as younger people. Plus, more muscle means a higher resting metabolic rate, which translates to burning more calories even while binge-watching your favorite show. So, lift weights regularly!

CLIENT TRANSFORMATION!

One of the best things about what I do is watching my clients transform not only their physical body 💪🏽, but their mind and spirit. ✨💛

It was such a pleasure to work with my client Amanda on her fitness journey. From the start, Amanda came ready to work hard! In just 7 weeks, Amanda lost 6 lbs. and 6 inches overall. She was coachable, teachable and she was a great motivation to several of her co-workers.

Beginners complicate. Experts simplify.

It’s so easy to over-complicate fitness but unless you’re training for some competitive event, simple is almost always better.
Get into the gym and focus on the main movements: squat, deadlift, upper body press, and upper body pull.

Then make sure you move as much as possible. Walk instead of driving, take the stairs, that kind of stuff.

Finally, don’t think that you have to follow a restrictive and over-complicated diet to get results. Dogmatic approaches are hard to sustain anyway. Focus on lots of veggies and lean protein and limit carbs to your workouts. Throw in some healthy fats and eliminate to the best of your abilities overly processed and junk foods and you’re good to go.

Everybody struggles with workouts.

It’s impossible to be perfect. What matters is that you find the right program for you, trust it, and stay consistent.

If one day you don’t feel great, don’t get down. Instead, celebrate that you got it done. Then get back the next day.

Aim for consistency.
