That tightness may not just be your muscles.
It could be your fascia which is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, organs, and everything in between.

When fascia becomes restricted (from injury, stress, or long-term holding patterns), it can cause:
• Chronic tightness
• Limited movement
• Aching or pulling sensations
• Pain that doesn’t fully resolve

Myofascial Release uses gentle, sustained stretching to slowly release those restrictions, helping your body move more freely and comfortably.

Headaches aren’t always about your head.

They often start with tension in the neck, shoulders, jaw, and scalp.

When your body holds stress, it has to go somewhere…
and headaches are a common signal.

Massage techniques I use to help release that tension:
• Gentle hair pulling at the base of the skull to decompress the neck
• Temple massage to calm the nervous system
• Upper trap work to unload shoulder and neck tension
• Trigger point therapy to release deep, stubborn knots that refer pain upward

Where Stress Hides Most in the Body

Stress doesn’t just live in the mind—it settles quietly into the body. For many people, it shows up first in the neck and shoulders, where tension builds from long days, screens, and mental load. The jaw is another common hiding place, often tightening without us realizing it. Hips and lower back tend to hold deeper, emotional stress, especially when we’re moving through prolonged pressure or fatigue.

The body often carries what the mind tries to push through. Noticing where you feel tight, heavy, or restricted is the first step toward release—and a reminder that care isn’t indulgent, it’s necessary. If any of these areas feel familiar, massage can help support release and restoration.
