Massages are especially important in the fall because the season brings physical and mental shifts that massage can help balance:
• Colder weather & tight muscles – Cooler temperatures can cause stiffness, joint discomfort, and tension. Massage improves circulation and keeps muscles relaxed.
• Immune support – As cold and flu season approaches, massage boosts lymphatic flow, helping the body’s natural defenses.
• Seasonal stress relief – Fall often comes with busy schedules, new routines, and holiday prep. Massage lowers stress hormones and promotes calm.
• Mood support – With shorter days and less sunlight, many people experience lower energy or seasonal blues. Massage encourages the release of serotonin and dopamine, improving mood.
• Self-care reset – Fall is a season of transition, making it a perfect time to slow down, recharge, and focus on personal well-being.

Many of you know in 2014 I attended CAPPA institute for training as a doula(child birthing coach). The most precious grifts come in little packages. Being a part of my cousin birthing story a few weeks ago was such a honor. With every deep breath and sigh she became closer to meeting the very being she created. I couldn’t be more proud. It’s been such a joy watching you grow into the role of mom. I love you and I’m so proud of you. Thank you for choosing me to be apart of this journey. Proverb 31:25.

Reasons to relax after a massage
• Massage resets muscle tone by reducing tension and breaking pain cycles.
• Sleep then reinforces that reset, teaching the nervous system to maintain balance rather than slipping back into old tension patterns.
• Together, they enhance posture, coordination, and recovery after workouts.

Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) can be a great complement to massage therapy. Here are the main benefits:
• Muscle relaxation – The magnesium in Epsom salt helps ease tension, reduce stiffness, and soothe sore muscles after a massage.
• Stress relief – Soaking in an Epsom salt bath can calm the nervous system, enhance relaxation, and extend the benefits of your massage.
• Improved circulation – Warm Epsom salt baths may support better blood flow, helping the body recover more quickly.
• Detox support – Epsom salt is thought to help draw out toxins through the skin, leaving you feeling refreshed.
• Joint pain relief – Beneficial for people with arthritis or chronic pain, as it can ease inflammation and discomfort.
• Skin health – The salt can gently exfoliate, soften skin, and reduce swelling.

A massage followed by (or paired with) an Epsom salt soak creates a deeper sense of renewal for both body and mind.

✨ Every 2–4 weeks is ideal for most clients.
Keeps stress low, circulation flowing, and muscles relaxed.

Monthly Maintenance
🕊️ Monthly sessions are perfect for relaxation, stress relief, and maintaining wellness. 🫶🏽🫶🏽Why Consistency Matters
💚 The more consistent you are, the longer the benefits last.
Massage works best as regular self-care, not just a one-time treat.
