Communication during your massage isn’t just helpful… it’s necessary.

When the pressure is too much and you don’t say anything, your body actually starts to tense up instead of relax—and that defeats the whole purpose of your session.
Here’s why speaking up matters:
1. Your muscles respond better to the right pressure—not the most pressure
2. Too much intensity can cause guarding (your body tightens instead of releases)
3. Massage should feel like productive relief, not punishment

The Real:
I’d rather adjust my pressure 10 times than have you leave feeling sore, bruised, or uncomfortable.

Your comfort = your results
