We are closely monitoring the weather forecast and will make a final decision by 2:00 PM tomorrow on whether the race will be converted to a virtual format.

Please be sure to check your email after 2:00 PM for the official update. In the event that the race becomes virtual, we will mail your race t-shirt, bib, and medal to the address we have on file. Kindly verify your shipping address to ensure timely delivery of your race materials.

❣️Candlelight Vigil for Sickle Cell Warriors🕯 Join us on Saturday, September 14th, following the Sickle Cell Road Race, as we honor and remember those who have lost their battle with Sickle Cell. The vigil will begin at 7:45 PM at 2757 East Point Street, East Point, GA. We invite you to upload photos of your loved ones who have passed away due to Sickle Cell so that they can be recognized during the vigil. Let’s come together to support one another and keep their memory alive.
