I began my journey in the mental health field after graduating with my bachelors back in 2013 💡, starting out as a behavioral health specialist. From one-on-one support to leading group interventions with at-risk youth, those early experiences showed me just how much families and communities need accessible mental health care ❤️. That realization inspired me to commit my career to helping others feel supported, understood and empowered.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve found a special passion for working with people who struggle with anxiety 🌿. I know how heavy and overwhelming it can feel, and I love creating a safe, encouraging space where clients can learn tools to manage challenges and discover their inner strength 💪🏽 .
In our sessions, I use a blend of CBT, ACT and DBT-informed approaches, while also weaving in creativity 🎨 to make the process more engaging and meaningful. As a Certified Anxiety-Informed Professional (CAIP) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), I combine evidence-based care with compassion and flexibility, so you feel both supported and empowered on your path forward ✨.
