We’re writing to inform you of a recent FDA decision that impacts your treatment plan. As Tirzepatide has been removed from the FDA’s shortage list, we are no longer able to prescribe compounded Tirzepatide.
To ensure your continued care, our plan is to transition you to Semaglutide, which offers similar benefits and is available without restrictions. If you would prefer to continue using Tirzepatide, our providers can prescribe Zepbound or Mounjaro. However, please note that you will need to work with your insurance company for coverage or cover the cost directly through the pharmacy.
We’re committed to ensuring a smooth transition for all of our patients and will be happy to discuss your treatment options further. Please reach out to your provider if you have any questions or need assistance during this process.
