Reiki Level 1 training is an excellent tool for self healing and for helping close loved ones, pets, and plants too! ☘️

Reiki has an intelligence of its own. You will grow in your intuitive abilities and feel tuned in to needs and signals around you.... Last night, I came home from work feeling totally depleted and tired from a long week of serving others. As I sat in my dining room, I felt a nudge to turn around, only to find this plant had become dehydrated and depleted, signaling for me to hydrate and to "fill my cup". So, I gave it some water, drank a tall glass of warm lemon water, and gently shared some reiki energy with it, while placing my hand on my heart (as a way to restore myself). By morning, we were both doing much better! 🪞 The world is a mirror.

Today's Reiki 1 class has been canceled due to inclement weather around Atlanta. Our three students who registered will attend the February 28th class, and we will make room for one more. Comment below or send a message if you're interested!

If you're curious about energy healing, a level one Reiki certification lays the groundwork for mindful self-care.

🪷 During the class, students explore the history and foundational principles of energy healing.

🪷 The attunement experience at the end of the class enhances students’ receptivity to subtle cues that guide when and how to use Reiki.

We hosted an AMAZING Reiki and Sound Healing event yesterday. It was absolutely divine! Thank you to our abundance of new clients and old friends for your presence. Reiki

Reiki is a traditional, Eastern healing art that has gained popularity in the West in recent years. Everything is energy; Reiki involves movement of the subtle, energetic field around the patient, resulting in deep inner balance. Despite advances in modern medicines, constant exposure to physical and emotional stress can suppress the body’s ability to fully and permanently recover. Reiki treatments invoke deep relaxation and smooth energy flow throughout the nervous system, which unleashes the self-healing process.

I have been a certified Reiki practitioner for ten years. I began practicing Reiki shortly after my son was diagnosed with autism. In addition to traditional therapies and a special diet, I wanted to work with my son on an energetic level to help him feel integrated and balanced. Pleasantly surprised by his progress, I began working with other children on the spectrum, as well as their parents. I was amazed to find that as parents relaxed and healed from their grief, their children improved and seemed more at ease as well.

“All healing is self-healing.” Reiki is a loving, gentle, and profound experience, which could be the missing link to a breakthrough in one’s healing journey. I look forward to sharing self-help tools with you, and to seeing you in our treatment room soon. Thank you for following my page!
