Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Desai, Dr. Fitzgerald, and their incredible team from The Atlanta Internists. As Direct Primary Care physicians, they shared valuable insights on the importance of wellness practices and proactive health care.

We are truly grateful for the time they took to visit us and for the knowledge they shared with our SSPD staff. Thank you for your dedication to promoting wellness and for supporting our team!

Today was October 1st, and that means Dr. Capó has now officially turned over his practice to Dr. Dhaval Desai. The staff celebrated today with a small in-office party, and Dr. Desai welcomed his very first patient, Ms. Lori Gaffney!

Thank you to everyone who participated in Dr. Desai's coffee and chat sessions and/or attended the reception in September. It was great to see all of you! As a reminder, Dr. Capó will be in the office for the next three months, so if you would like to see him, you still can.

If you usually get the regular Trivalent flu shot, you can receive that at our office.

Weather Related Update/Closure:
With the approaching storm, our office will be closing at 1:30 PM on Thursday, 9/26, in order to get our staff home safely. At this time, our plan is to re-open at 10:00 AM on Friday, 9/27, but that is subject to change based on conditions. Patients, please monitor your email for updates. Please be cautious and stay safe in this weather.
