"I am writing to share my deep gratitude for the incredible service provided by my pilot, Pilot Michael who flew me for my procedure on February 5th. The level of care and dedication I received was truly extraordinary.
From the moment he was assigned to my flight, he was in constant communication. He monitored every "change of the wind" and weather update, texting and calling me every step of the way to ensure it was safe for us to depart. His support didn’t stop at the tarmac.
After dropping me off, he followed up the next morning to see how my procedure went. He even reached out today to ensure I had all the information for my return flight and offered his help if I needed anything at all. As a patient, the uncertainty of medical travel is heavy, but Michael carried that weight for me. His professionalism, safety-first mindset, and genuine concern for my well-being made me feel like I wasn't just a passenger, but someone he truly cared about.
