Running an 8 minute mile after no real “race training”, and finishing a 10K no problem…that’s what happens when you’re consistent in your workouts. Great job your hard work in the gym is paying off outside of the gym! And happy birthday to your brother (a bday 10K???). 🏃🥳🏃

Christmas came early! When first started she was afraid to pick up the 12kg bell, she could barely do a knee push up, and her cardio was seriously lacking. Several years later and she is squatting (2) 20kg bells, has a PERFECT push up, can run faster than most, AND, today she casually did her 1st chin up!!! Consistency and hard work pays off and she is a perfect example. Congrats, Maddie, I’m proud of you!! 💪💪💪
