We’ve all heard the basics—
“wear cotton” or “sleep without underwear.”

Cool… but what about the other 16+ hours of the day?
You run home and take your bra off the second you can—
because your body is craving less pressure, less restriction, more space.
But tight layers, synthetic fabrics, and constant contact with certain materials…
often stay on everywhere else without a second thought.
And your body is always interacting with what it’s in contact with—
including systems that rely on balance and consistency.
Same body.
Same need for comfort.
Different habit.

it is very clear that we are playing the long game.

Anybody can teach you how to lose weight in a short period of time, but the problem that people tend to face the most is that they can never sustain the weight loss.

You stop the meds, you stop the heavily restricted diet and there you are back at square one if not worse off.
