Upon tapping into the mindset and understanding that we are capable of change, realignment and readjustment, a mental shift should begin. Therefore, as we walk life's journey, it is expected that we mature mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually so we can grow into all that we are destined to be and be "extraordinary" and set apart. Hence, learning to embrace life to the fullest without lack.

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer — the 3 simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from su***de.
