•Assemble smoothie packs this weekend to prep for the week 🔥
•In the blender:
1 cup ice
1 cup 2% milk or unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup raw cashews
1 Tbsp Smucker’s Natural peanut butter
1 Tbsp chia seeds

Stocking up with fruits and veggies for longer summer days is super easy ! These are my routine purchases - #1 frozen fruit for desserts, smoothies, and snacks, raw organic veggies, and a massive extra virgin olive oil (in glass👍)! Keeping frozen foods is a great way to include fruits/veggies with no preservatives and a longer shelf life🤍

Super Bowl Sunday is the second highest calorie consumption day in the US🏈+😳. Make those calories count by choosing one healthier choice for the day…⭐️for biggest results, choose veggies over ultra processed chips/crackers/pita crisps/ pretzels etc. and enjoy with a dip that makes you 😃 (homemade is best or one of these more convenient options works too). And please, don’t sit next to the chips and dip😛
