This week, Wanda Cooper Jones, mother of Ahmaud Arbery and creator of The Ahmaud Arbery Foundation, spoke to Richmont about turning pain into purpose through her story of the tragic loss of her son. Attendees were deeply moved and inspired by her courage as a activist, leader, and mother.

She reminded us to never forget God is with us even when faced with unimaginable pain:
