Practice with Munir Bayyari Tuesdays 12pm Hot Flow 60.

Expect an energizing, thoughtfully crafted practice that both challenges and honors your body. My classes blend dynamic movement with mindful intention, creating a moving meditation that helps you drop into the present moment. Each flow is paired with a curated playlist designed to elevate the experience, keep you engaged, and support the rhythm of your breath. The result is a practice that feels empowering, grounding, and deeply connected from start to finish.
💞
“Yoga invites me into the fullness of the present moment, where my mind softens, and my body unwinds. Through breath and movement, I’ve learned to meet myself with patience, to welcome what is, and to rest in a deeper sense of acceptance. My practice is a quiet returning—an inner stillness that continues to expand both on and off the mat.”
🙏
Born and raised in San Francisco, my yoga journey began in 2020 as a way to deepen my focus, improve mobility, and reconnect with alignment in my body. What started as a personal practice quickly grew into a passion, and by 2021 I stepped into the role of teacher—something I’ve cherished every day since. Now rooted in Atlanta, I bring a blend of presence, curiosity, and mindful movement to every class. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll likely find me jogging with my dog or spending time with the vibrant community that has become home. “My favorite asana is Half Moon—there’s something about its spaciousness and radiant energy that reminds me why I fell in love with this practice in the first place.”

Practice with Mark Hummel Wednesdays 5:45pm Flow 75.
💫
In his classes, Mark encourages students to place a strong emphasis on the fundamentals. He enjoys leading a slower-paced class, giving students room to explore the interplay between body, breath and mind.
⛰️☁️🌊
Yoga has given Mark the tools to build self-discipline and self-confidence. His practice has helped him create connections and open doors that have absolutely changed his life.
🌞
Embrace the discipline. Put in the reps. Good things will happen.
🙏
Mark started practicing in 2016 when his wife convinced him to give yoga a try. After he took his first vinyasa workout class, he was hooked. Over the years, he has practiced with and learned from many gifted teachers. In early 2023, he completed his 200-hour certification with Vladimir Tchakarov in the Pranakriya tradition. Mark spends almost as much time running as he does practicing yoga, and finds that the two activities complement each other nicely.

Meet Ayana Spina now teaching Sundays 11:15am Pranayama 45.
💫
Ayana’s classes are led at a slower pace, encouraging internal awareness and individual experience. Meditative movements and postures are guided and enhanced by the breath.
🌬️
“My yoga practice is an opportunity to meet myself exactly where I’m at. It offers the clarity to observe any walls I’ve built of identity, expectation, and desire. The more I practice, the more curious I become about finding that clarity away from the mat and in the decisions I make for myself and when interacting with the world around me. I am humbled and motivated by the mystery that is getting to know yourself through movement and the breath. Each practice is different, but I always walk away feeling a bit more connected. Yoga is my journey toward self-compassion and holding space for others to find what serves them best.”
💜
“To listen is to lean in softly with the willingness to be changed by what we hear.” - Mark Nepo

My yoga journey began on a rug in my bedroom about 7 years ago. Curious about proprioception and mobility, it started as a challenging physical practice. However, it wasn’t long before I noticed a shift in my mind and a connection to my breath that I had never experienced before. In 2024, I completed a 200-hour certification in the Pranakriya tradition with Vladimir Tchakarov and Maya Nenova. From the beginning of that training until now, my intention has remained unchanged: to continue discovering the roots of the yoga tradition and establish a grounded personal practice based on that knowledge.

Natalie Malone now teaching Saturdays 11am Hot Pilates 45 & Sundays 6:30pm Warm Flow 75!
💫
Rooted in sthira and sukha, steadiness and ease, Natalie’s classes are grounded yet expansive, blending strength with softness at every turn. Her teaching is whimsical and powerful, playful yet intentional, weaving together her professional background in counseling psychology, embodied liberation, and multiculturalism with expert training and certification to create accessible, holistic, and deeply moving experiences on the mat.
💜
“These practices and their philosophies have been a steadfast and beloved presence in my life—life-saving in my darkest seasons, life-changing in how I move through the world, and continually transformative in how I understand myself. They are anchors and my mirrors that ground me while inviting me to grow.”

“Return to your mat. It is a playground and a place of embrace—where you are free to explore, stumble, and practice love without judgment. What you cultivate there will walk with you into your everyday life.” .nat
🙏
Natalie is a healer, instructor, and research scientist whose work bridges rigorous psychological science and holistic medicine. She arrived at somatic and contemplative practices through her own healing journey - one that evolved into a doctoral dissertation and an ongoing research line exploring yoga, mindfulness, and embodiment among Black women. Natalie holds certifications in 26&2, Vinyasa, Hot Pilates, Yoga Sculpt, and Trap Yoga. She is a traveling instructor and has served as faculty and guest educator for national and international training programs, including Embodied Philosophy. Whether in the studio, classroom, or clinical setting, Natalie grounds her work in the belief that embodiment is a personal reclamation and a collective liberation practice. Her classes and workshops are intentionally designed to be accessible, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and transformative—inviting students not only to move their bodies but to come home to them.

Meet Maz Weir now teaching Mondays 9:30 Flow 60 and Tuesdays & Thursdays 2pm Hot Pilates 45
💫
Maz teaches all-levels classes, offering opportunities for playful introspection, emphasizing connection to the body, and inviting each student to honor their unique needs. Their teaching style is heavily somatics-focused.

Maz’s yoga journey began in 2019 during a period of intense anxiety and sleepless nights. In Maz’s search for peace, yoga became a transformative practice, allowing them to navigate years of emotional repression and rediscover freedom, self-compassion and joy in their day-to-day life.
💜
They were first inspired by Vedaji, a Himalayan monk at the UGA Bhakti Yoga Club. They studied under Nick Combs and Kate McKenzie at M3 Yoga, receiving their 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa teaching certification in 2023. In 2025, they received their HIIT Mat Pilates Certification with Matt Chambers. They most recently studied under Jessica Stickler and Hachi Yu to receive their 75hr Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior Certification.
🙏
Maz is an Atlanta native currently living in Kirkwood with their two kitties, Sweet Potato and Daisy.
🐈 🐱
They believe that community is the key to liberation, and that value shines through in both their teaching and their day-to-day life. Outside the studio, you can find them skating the streets of Atlanta with Rollerbabes, popping up with their vintage business, Atomic Rat Vintage, or curled up with a good book.

Meet Katy Spiers! Teaching Friday 4:30pm Flow & Yin 75.

Katy offers an accessible and inclusive practice that honors the traditional roots of yoga while meeting the needs of modern practitioners. She brings a gentle, nurturing approach to her classes, creating a safe space where students can deepen their mind-body connection at their own pace. Drawing from Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, and Hatha principles, Katy guides students through balanced sequences that integrate breath, movement, and mindfulness.
🙏
After decades in corporate leadership roles, Katy discovered yoga as a pathway to balance and inner peace amid the demands of high-pressure environments. What began as a stress-relief practice evolved into a transformative journey that reshaped how she approaches life, relationships, and well-being. Yoga gave her the tools to cultivate presence, compassion, and resilience—gifts she now feels called to share with others navigating their own challenges and transitions.
💫
“Yoga is not about perfection or achievement. It’s about showing up for yourself with curiosity and kindness. Each time you step onto your mat, you have the opportunity to listen to your body, honor where you are, and discover what’s possible when you meet yourself with compassion rather than judgment.”
💜
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Katy Spiers brings a unique perspective to yoga teaching, combining her extensive background in human resources leadership with her deep commitment to holistic well-being. She completed her RYT-200 at Peachtree Yoga Center in 2020 and advanced her training with her RYT-300 certification in April 2025, also at Peachtree Yoga Center. Her yogic education is enriched by Transcendental Meditation training (2015) and Advanced Mindful Games Training with Susan Kaiser Greenland (2019). With a B.A. in Psychology from Georgia State University and years of experience leading global teams and embedding employee wellbeing into organizational culture, Katy understands firsthand the transformative power of bringing yoga into everyday life.

Meet Selin Yilmaz now teaching Mondays 8:15pm Meditation 45 & Saturdays 8am Meditation 30.
🙏
Selin’s classes are a ritual of self-discovery. By blending kriya (cleansing), pranayama (breath work), and deep relaxation, she prepares the mind and body for an inward journey. She guides students to become “silent observers” of their own experience—fostering awareness and observation without judgment or attachment.

Selin began her yoga practice in 2010 as a “calm in the storm” during graduate school. After falling in love with the intensity of Hot Yoga and completing her 200-hour training in 2022, her focus shifted from the external physical practice to a deep, meditative journey inward. Now a powerlifter, she integrates Applied Yoga Anatomy + Muscle Activation (AYAMA), a groundbreaking approach, to bridge the gap between strength and stability for a pain-free, empowered practice. Outside the studio and the gym, she recharges in nature, always seeking the balance between movement and stillness.
💫
“Use the breath as a tool to calm the mind and guide your awareness inward.”

Meet Cody Zanni teaching Hot Pilates 45 Sundays 11–11:45am!

Cody’s HIIT Pilates style is fast-paced and music-driven, blending high-energy intervals with precise, controlled movement. The playlist sets the vibe, keeping motivation high while the burn stays real. Challenging progressions and supportive modifications make it tough, effective, and accessible for all levels.

“Pilates gives me 45 minutes to an hour to fully unplug, put my phone away, and be completely present. I get to immerse myself in the music, the movement, and the energy in the room, which resets me just as much as it does the class. Taking that time to care for my own body helps me show up stronger, clearer, and more grounded as an instructor… Don’t underestimate the basics — water, good nutrition, and rest will take your body further than any single workout ever could. The real magic happens when your mind and body are connected, so stay present and move with intention, not just momentum.”

Cody is originally from Fairport, New York, and moved south to attend Clemson University, where she studied Landscape Architecture. After graduating, Cody relocated to Atlanta to work as a landscape architect, while also pursuing a professional dance career that spanned seven years with the Atlanta Hawks and the Atlanta Blaze. Cody discovered a passion for Pilates through former Evolation instructor Nancy and completed her training under her guidance before she moved to the beach. Today, Cody also serves as the dance team coach and stage manager for the College Park Skyhawks dancers, blending athletic performance, leadership, and movement expertise into every class she teaches.

Welcome new teacher Corinne Register!
🙏
Practice with her Sundays 4:45pm Warm Flow & Yin 75 and 6:15pm Restorative 60.
💫
Corinne teaches classes that are founded on prioritizing the breath, landing in shapes with the intention of making them ideal for the individual, and using music as a tool to connect themes and simply enjoy it all together as one moving piece.

Practicing yoga from a young age, and becoming certified to teach in the past several years has allowed Corinne to develop her sense of confidence. By taking up space with her body and breath, she is learning to exist exactly as she is.

“Dealing with anxiety, whatever form it takes, is something you don’t have to get rid of when learning something new. Especially in yoga. You can practice without having a clear mind, as that will rarely be the case. The goal of yoga doesn’t have to be ridding of yourself of thoughts, but instead letting them be present as you live your life.”

Corinne grew up in Athens, Georgia, and like many others in recent years, began practicing sequences led by yogis on YouTube. Eventually, she found Shakti Yoga and fell in love with the studio. In the summer of 2023, she completed her 200 hour teaching certification through Shakti. She taught there for over 2 years, until moving to Atlanta at the start of 2026. Beyond the studio, Corinne enjoys hiking, attending concerts, cooking, and watching movies/shows. She is certified with the Georgia Film Academy in film and television production, and is pursuing a career in the art world of the industry.
