Nikki Brasch teaching Wednesdays 8:30om Warm Slow Flow 60 and Sundays 7:30pm Flow & Meditate 60!
💫
Nikki’s classes are rooted in the spiritual heart center, guiding students through a moving meditation where breath and movement become one. Her teaching lives at the intersection of science and spirituality, creating a safe, intentional space where students feel seen, supported, and free to experience themselves exactly as they are.
🧘🏻‍♂️🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏾🧘🏼🧘‍♀️🧘🏻🧘🏽‍♂️🧘🧘🏼‍♂️🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏾‍♀️
With an emphasis on both grounding and exploration, she encourages students to work hard while also playing, falling, discovering new edges, and staying curious. Her intention is to create space—to listen, to feel, and to follow the quiet wisdom of the heart—inviting students to release expectation and step into embodiment, aligning mind and body into a more integrated, expansive whole.
💜
Yoga is Nikki’s home. It is a space where she can exist fully as herself—free of judgment, free of expectation. On her mat, there is room for everything: to grieve, to cry, to heal, to love, to live, and to learn. Through yoga, she has learned to observe her mind and body while also gently detaching from them. It has deepened her compassion—for herself and for the world around her.
🏡 💞
Yoga is her anchor, her practice, and her pathway to something greater. It is her way back to herself, and her connection to the divine.Nikki’s journey began through movement. After 16 years as a competitive cheerleader, her body carried both strength and the imprint of high stress and trauma. Yoga became a pathway to healing—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
🙏
She graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in Spring 2025 with a B.S. in Industrial Design and a minor in Psychology. Her studies deepened her understanding of the connection between the brain and body, including the role of the nervous system in regulating stress and healing.

Aria teaches trauma-informed yoga rooted in Kundalini, Ta**ra Hatha, and Ayurvedic principles. Her classes are intentional, intuitive spaces that emphasize nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and sacred ritual. She weaves energy medicine, breathwork, and ceremonial practice into each offering—creating containers that support authentic embodiment and soul-level transformation. Whether through restorative stillness or dynamic movement, Aria meets each student exactly where they are, holding space for deep healing, empowerment, and remembrance.
💫
Yoga is the foundation of my path toward wholeness and liberation. It first found me in 2007 through meditation and seasonal ceremony, opening gateways into the unseen realms. Over time, the practice became not just a tool for healing trauma, but a sacred map for awakening intuition, reclaiming sovereignty, and living in alignment with the rhythms of nature. It’s through yoga that I learned to transmute pain into purpose, and survival into embodiment—and it’s this journey that I now offer others.
🙏
“Your body remembers what to do.
Meet yourself with grace.
Let the breath be your guide back home.” .shakti
💜
Aria earned her 200-hour certification in 2015 from Peachtree Yoga Center in Sandy Springs, GA, and has since completed advanced training in Ta**ra Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, Reiki Energy Healing, and trauma-informed practices. She is a graduate of the 300-hour Spiritual Warrior Trauma-Informed Advanced Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Farm Ithaca. Aria is also the founder of Ecstatic Shakti Yoga + Wellness, a community-rooted platform offering yoga, continuing education, healing circles, embodiment retreats, and sacred events. Her work is guided by Earth wisdom, lunar cycles, and the subtle body—inviting others to return to their own intuitive power, with devotion and integrity.

Maggie is back! Teaching Mondays & Wednesdays 7:15pm Hot Pilates 60, and Wednesday & Thursday 10am Hot Pilates 45.
💫
What you’ll get in Maggie’s class is upbeat music, a few jokes, a well rounded sequence with modification options, helpful alignment cues, and (she hopes) a comfortable place to explore and learn and maybe even have some fun ;-) You might hear Maggie say “movement is my mental health,” as evidenced by the decade plus journey of *movement* in many directions: ballet, jazz, tap, running, swimming, weight training, biking, boxing, zumba, (a fad or two), yoga and now Pilates.
💜
“Moving our bodies in any capacity, for any amount of time, is about nurturing ourselves, and it’s ok to take the class one breath at a time, one move at a time, and stay curious about what you need moment to moment. I really believe that when we learn to access patience and love for ourselves in class, it translates to other areas of our lives. So take breaks when you need to, push when you want, and find the space where it genuinely feels good! No matter what movement practice we choose, we are, in fact, doing a lot of work!- YAY US, YAY YOU!- In my class, we will celebrate the work and ourselves, every time.”
🙌
Yoga created space for a healing journey to begin, and Pilates *strengthened* Maggie physically, mentally and emotionally far beyond her imagination. Taking the leap from pilates student to teacher was an obvious “YES” for Maggie, and it has been her greatest honor to lead people through their movement practice each time she teaches a class. Maggie looks forward to seeing you on the mat and making some group class magic together.
🙏
Maggie was raised in Chicago and is new-ish to ATL(4yrs). When she’s not teaching Pilates she’s taking life cues from her very confident 13 year old mini Schnauzer, Lily ;-)

Eugene Holmes teaching Monday 12pm Yin 60!
💫
In his classes, Eugene encourages yogis and yoginis to have fun while exploring a sense of Self and introspection by focusing on the mind, body, breath and movement without a story. He emphasizes the importance of interoception - noticing how a posture feels - in the body versus how the posture looks when compared to others, which is why he often offers modifications and variations during the practice. During classes, he often centers on yogic traditions and principles, anatomy and recites poetry. He urges yogis and yoginis to take what they have learned on the mat with them through life off the mat.
🧘🏼‍♂️🧘🏽‍♂️🧘‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏾‍♀️🧘🏻🧘🏾🧘🧘🏼🧘🏻‍♀️
Yoga is a gateway for enabling Eugene to tend his mental, emotional and social health. Practicing yoga allows him to test his determination, resiliency and discipline. The time spent on the mat or cushion, or both, is the opportunity to exercise his brain with the goal of more clarity of mind, contentment and Peace.
🙏 💜
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Eugene has lived in several cities across the United States, including Atlanta, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, Boston and Cleveland. He graduated with a B.S. in Social Science from Michigan State University and earned a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and an L.L.M-Taxation, from Georgetown University Law Center. Eugene is an avid runner having completed over 15 marathons including several Boston, New York City and Chicago marathons. He is a sneaker-head, jazz audiophile, aspiring beekeeper, certified coffee connoisseur and avid reader.
👟🎷☕️📚
After having practiced many styles of yoga since 2010, in 2024, Eugene completed his 200-hour certification in the Pranakriya tradition with Vladimir Tchakarov and Maya Nenova. In 2025, he completed a 25-hour certification in Yin Yoga with Douglas Johnson.

Full Body Backbends: Technical Mastery Meets Wild Expression
Sunday, May 17th, 2–4pm with Aria Maeve

Backbends ask for courage. For strength. For vulnerability.

In this immersive workshop, we’ll explore the full architecture of the back body — shoulders, spine, hip flexors, glutes, and core — so you can access deep backbends from integrity rather than force. This is both technical and expansive.
💫
We will:
- Deconstruct the mechanics of safe spinal extension
- Build strength and stability to support depth
- Explore intelligent prop work
- Work toward fuller expressions like Wheel
-Integrate breath and nervous system awareness so the heart can open without overwhelm
💫
This is not about forcing flexibility. It’s about building the foundation that allows freedom. Expect strong drills, clear instruction, supportive assists, and space to explore your edge in a safe container. Two hours. Full integration. Technical precision meets embodied expansion.

Practice with Munir Bayyari Tuesdays 12pm Hot Flow 60.

Expect an energizing, thoughtfully crafted practice that both challenges and honors your body. My classes blend dynamic movement with mindful intention, creating a moving meditation that helps you drop into the present moment. Each flow is paired with a curated playlist designed to elevate the experience, keep you engaged, and support the rhythm of your breath. The result is a practice that feels empowering, grounding, and deeply connected from start to finish.
💞
“Yoga invites me into the fullness of the present moment, where my mind softens, and my body unwinds. Through breath and movement, I’ve learned to meet myself with patience, to welcome what is, and to rest in a deeper sense of acceptance. My practice is a quiet returning—an inner stillness that continues to expand both on and off the mat.”
🙏
Born and raised in San Francisco, my yoga journey began in 2020 as a way to deepen my focus, improve mobility, and reconnect with alignment in my body. What started as a personal practice quickly grew into a passion, and by 2021 I stepped into the role of teacher—something I’ve cherished every day since. Now rooted in Atlanta, I bring a blend of presence, curiosity, and mindful movement to every class. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll likely find me jogging with my dog or spending time with the vibrant community that has become home. “My favorite asana is Half Moon—there’s something about its spaciousness and radiant energy that reminds me why I fell in love with this practice in the first place.”

Practice with Mark Hummel Wednesdays 5:45pm Flow 75.
💫
In his classes, Mark encourages students to place a strong emphasis on the fundamentals. He enjoys leading a slower-paced class, giving students room to explore the interplay between body, breath and mind.
⛰️☁️🌊
Yoga has given Mark the tools to build self-discipline and self-confidence. His practice has helped him create connections and open doors that have absolutely changed his life.
🌞
Embrace the discipline. Put in the reps. Good things will happen.
🙏
Mark started practicing in 2016 when his wife convinced him to give yoga a try. After he took his first vinyasa workout class, he was hooked. Over the years, he has practiced with and learned from many gifted teachers. In early 2023, he completed his 200-hour certification with Vladimir Tchakarov in the Pranakriya tradition. Mark spends almost as much time running as he does practicing yoga, and finds that the two activities complement each other nicely.
