Born and raised in San Francisco, my yoga journey began in 2020 as a way to deepen my focus, improve mobility, and reconnect with alignment in my body. What started as a personal practice quickly grew into a passion, and by 2021 I stepped into the role of teacher—something I’ve cherished every day since. Now rooted in Atlanta, I bring a blend of presence, curiosity, and mindful movement to every class. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll likely find me jogging with my dog or spending time with the vibrant community that has become home. “My favorite asana is Half Moon—there’s something about its spaciousness and radiant energy that reminds me why I fell in love with this practice in the first place.”
