NutritionPlus by Best Ever Body subscribes to this philosophy when working with our clients. There are NO QUICK FIXES. Just proven programs that deliver lasting results. As a wellness client you can expect:

*A complimentary consultation for us to get to know each other better and establish your goals and learn how our nutritional planning and coaching programs.
*You will complete a full medical and current fitness level assessment to establish your starting point, which will be used at regular intervals to measure your progress.
*You will not be counting calories. We design a nutritional program based on Macros. The calories will take care of themselves. You will be eating whole, delicious foods following our recommendations.
*You can expect to be held accountable for scheduling and attending to your coaching sessions and implementing your nutrition program. We're located at 3324 Peachtree Road NE. The hardest part is getting started so let's hear from you! In good health, Bill. 770-842-6930 (text/voice)

Total wellness is like a 3-legged stool. The elements of a complete program consist of resistance training, cardiovascular training and a strong nutrition program. Take one leg away and the stool falls over and the same applies to your wellness program. If I had to pick one area to place more importance on it would be nutrition. You simply cannot out-train a bad nutrition plan.
