ATLANTA FRIENDS - I'M BACK!
It's been 5 years since I stepped away from Personal Training to begin Evertrain. I'm SO pumped to announce that I'm returning to training with one-on-one sessions and in-person classes!
If you're looking for a new and challenging way to build muscle then come try PUMP, my 1-hour functional bodybuilding class exclusively at CrossFit 11:24!

PUMP is for anyone who wants to focus on control over intensity and thus, improve their overall body composition, muscle mass, and movement quality.
PUMP is all about YOU being in control. Each class will have a body-point specific focus (ex: Chest, Arms, Glutes, Core, etc.) featuring conventional and functional bodybuilding movements (Bench Press, Bicep Curls, Goblet Squats, etc.). By isolating these muscle groups, you’ll build strength, develop new muscle, and increase your overall functional movement in your day-to-day activities. Each class will have a beginner, intermediate, and advanced track so that YOU can learn and grow.
