Learn how to:

• Support feeding (without feeling helpless)
• Recognize hunger cues & baby behavior
• Help soothe a fussy baby with confidence
• Take an active role in nighttime care
• Support your partner emotionally & physically
• Bottle feed while protecting breastfeeding
• Troubleshoot common newborn challenges

Expecting dads and new dads (0–6 months) are welcome to join this supportive, no-pressure group. We’d love to see you there!
