I’m so excited to be partnering with Peachtree Yoga Center to offer an in-person gathering - something I’ve been deeply longing to bring back 🤍

The Light Within: A Sacred Return to Yourself is a 2.5-hour women’s workshop I created as an invitation to slow down, step out of urgency, and reconnect. Through women’s circle, reflective journaling, gentle teaching, and a nourishing feminine yoga flow, we’ll explore what true beginnings feel like when they’re guided by the body rather than pressure.

This work is close to my heart. Gathering women in intentional spaces has been one of the most grounding and nourishing practices in my life.

I think one of the biggest reliefs is realizing you’re not the only one feeling tired, overwhelmed, or stretched thin this time of year. So many women feel the pressure to keep performing while their inner world is craving something softer.

Lately I’ve been hearing the same thing from so many women:

Ever looked “successful” on the outside while quietly falling apart inside?

Yeah… that was me.

Fifteen years into my career, I had the dream job, the paycheck, the perks - all the things that were supposed to mean “you’ve made it.”

But inside I was unraveling… with anxiety, panic attacks, migraines, and the wine-at-night kind of coping. I was doing everything to hold it all together: hustling harder, performing, pushing through until I finally realized the version of success I was chasing didn’t actually feel like me.

So I slowed down. I started listening to my body instead of overriding it. I unlearned the old messages like “keep your foot on the gas,” “never let them see you sweat.”

And little by little, I began building a life that actually felt aligned.

That journey is what inspired me to create The {Grounded Woman} Membership - for the woman who’s doing it all, holding it together, and quietly wondering:
→ Is this it?
→ Where did I go?
→ How do I come back to myself?

Because, I wish I could whisper in her younger ear “you’re not alone and you’re not too late.”

✨ I’m teaching a live yoga class tonight inside the membership (drop-in’s welcome) - all about making space + meeting yourself again. This class invites radical presence through stillness and slow flow. A practice for deep seeing and self-tending.

Sometimes you’re so used to carrying it all
that you don’t even notice the weight anymore.

The endless doing. The expectations. The spinning of the world.
The pressure to keep going when what you really want is to sit down and exhale.

Natalie Biniasz is a life coach, energy healer, speaker + yoga teacher who empowers women to create lives they love from the inside out. After spending 15 years climbing the corporate advertising ladder, she realized her "success" was not fulfilling, took a leap of faith + quit to discover what was. Through her own personal and entrepreneurial journey, she gleaned knowledge that influences her current career. Since 2010, she has guided hundreds of women through the change process, supporting them in breaking free of their limitations and unlocking their true potential.
