Ingredients:
* 1½ lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-size pieces)
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp butter
* 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
* 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
* 1 small onion (sliced)
* 3 cloves garlic (minced)
* ½ cup beef broth
* ¼ cup soy sauce
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp paprika
* ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
* Salt to taste
* 2 cups cooked white rice
* Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Season steak bites with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and sear for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add butter, onions, and bell peppers. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
