✨ 12 years ago this month, Pose Wellness was born — from a dream and a “go for it” from my family.Our first class? Yoga by the lake. From there, we grew — clubhouse sessions, community parks, our own studios, wellness walks, major events, and amazing partnerships.Our mission was always:�💛 Get Healthy�💪 Get Fit�🤝 Get Social�💆 Get Pampered�🔄 Get RenewedI’m forever grateful to my family, the P-Squad, our clients, every instructor, guest teacher, coach, massage therapist, partner — and most of all, to GOD. 🙏🏽Pose’s energy was electric. It was purpose. It was family. It was love. It was impact. It was legacy.We closed shy of COVID, but the mission stayed alive through mobile wellness.And one day… we’ll reconnect again. 💫Just a magical experience 🤍🤍🤍
