The assignment was to create a fun opening segment for the Founder and CEO, Jonathan Weiner, and Head of Content Jody Tropeano Greene at this year's HLTH.

Jody had the idea of a jeopardy-themed game show. And RedHawt had just the guy to make it for them. Todd Dunn, Hawtie out of North Carolina, and a PowerPoint specialist created a template, added in the questions and answers. Then he researched and programmed a way to do live score keeping (without a calculator!) and gave the presenters the freedom to call for the score at any time.

It was a technical challenge that Todd pulled off seamlessly. 🙌🏼

Sometimes the presenter wants to rehearse at a time when the crew isn’t available.

That’s where the off-line rehearsal room saves the day.
🖥️ Two large monitors simulate downstage monitors.
🎧 Producer, graphics op, and prompter operator are on hand.
⏱️ Presenter can practice privately, at their own pace, within their own schedule.

Bottom line: rehearsals = alignment, confidence, and a show that shines.
