Her mission is to empower black women, offering wisdom and guidance along their journeys. As the Co-Founder of CEOs of Social Work, Dejerica’s goal is to empower social workers to thrive and ascend to CEO roles through mentorship, skill-building, and fostering a mindset of limitless potential.
