At one point in all of our careers, we were all novices in this field. Full of promise and tons of questions. Fear and impostor syndrome were constant companions. All of us, eager to get to work, hoping someone would give us a chance and hire us. At some point, we were all green baby clinicians finally securing our first work experience. Ready to face the challenge looking forward to forging our way. Some of you found fantastic places to learn and grow as clinicians. Others, not so much.

Join me for a candid conversation about a key part of our development as clinicians. A much needed discussion on the early experiences of junior clinicians and how those experiences are shaping not only the clinicians themselves but the health of our industry as a whole.

We had a fantastic time at the “Love Me Pink and Purple Health and Wellness Expo” yesterday. This event gets bigger and more full of energy every year! The connections made are lasting and it is evident that the community has really benefited from this event each year! The sisterhood of The Rho Zeta Omega chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc is not only powerful but also heartwarming. We are humbled to have been invited back and look forward to continuing to support this cause 🙂
