Here is where we provide a health coach & a place to grab some hope, an accountable friend, a loving supporter, a place to not feel alone. This is where we can all get together and grab a piece of the life line attached to the greater and more powerful part of ourselves, the coaching of the Holy Spirit.. Here you will find words to inspire you, to remind you that you are not alone. Here you will be safe in a non-judgment zone, acknowledging that we are all humans that are not perfect and no matter what you have done or been through, the most high God loves you and wants you to know that He is a God of redemption. ANYTHING, you lost He can restore and provide ten folds when you decide to renew your mind of negative thinking and negative speech. What we think and speak is a direct correlation to what shows up in our lives. Things will happen to us but how we respond to what happens to us makes all the difference. I invite you to a new virtual lounge where you can find life in this well of love, goodness, positivity, and advocacy. As a graduate of ACE and Integrative Nutrition Institute; come and be edified by the great things life has to offer, instead of the negative. Here we will discuss all kinds of subjects; women in love, men in love, single men as parents and the numbers that are rising, single women and raising sons, Men and women passing the baton to the next generation, clean eating and food as medicine, mental gymnastics the gift of being of sound mind, what is our financial health, child support and it’s fairness and unfairness. We will not only discuss these topics, but each time we converse about these topics we will provide resources to help you expand your horizon and journey to a better version of yourselves. Through it all, I will be right there stretching my faith with you, becoming better with you, telling you my testimony and my journey. We are a team and together we can share hope and have an Eternal Well of Good Life.
