“I know I should forgive… but I can’t.”
If that’s something you’ve felt, you’re not alone.

Forgiveness isn’t as simple as people make it seem.

It’s not just a decision, it’s something your mind and body have to feel safe enough to move toward.

If you’ve been:
• replaying what happened
• holding onto hurt or anger
• wanting to move on but feeling stuck
this workshop is for you.

I’m so excited!

I'm thrilled to be partnering with my friend and colleague, Summer Huni with Soul Healing Counseling, to facilitate an experiential workshop designed for mental health clinicians and healers. We'll be focusing on nervous system education, music-centered regulation skills, and share in a restorative sound bath.

I feel honored to hold space for healers in this community, and hope you'll consider joining us for an afternoon spent dedicated to you, a vessel for healing.

You hold space for others… but who holds space for you? 🤍

If you’re a therapist, healer, or caregiver, this experience was created with you in mind.

Join us for a restorative and educational nervous system workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and replenish.

Through trauma-informed education, music as a regulation tool, and a calming group sound bath, you’ll be supported in tending to your own nervous system—the same one you rely on to care for others.

✨ Come be held.
✨ Come restore.
✨ Come back to yourself.

Many people believe in forgiveness.
But believing in forgiveness and actually feeling free from the pain can be two very different things.

Forgiveness is rarely a one-step process. Healing from hurt, betrayal, or unresolved relational wounds often happens in stages.

Our 10-week Forgiveness Processing Group is a supportive, trauma-informed space for adults who want to intentionally work through past pain and release the emotional weight they’ve been carrying.

Together, we’ll gently explore:
✨ the impact of past hurts
✨ the emotions that have been left unspoken
✨ and the practice of forgiveness as a path toward freedom and peace

Through guided reflection, experiential exercises, and shared connection in a small group of 4–6 people, this space is designed to help you process pain, reclaim your voice, and move toward greater clarity and inner peace.

If you believe in forgiveness, or feel curious about what it might look like to truly walk through that process,
this space was created for you.

What if cultural humility isn’t something we achieve — but something we continually practice?

Join us THIS FRIDAY for an intentional space to connect, reflect, and grow in our work as clinicians. This networking event centers cultural humility — not as a checkbox or compliance requirement, but as a lifelong, reflective practice that shapes ethical, attuned, and effective care.

As mental health professionals, we are called to ongoing curiosity, accountability, and growth. This gathering creates space for meaningful dialogue, interdisciplinary connection, and collective reflection on how we show up for the communities we serve.

Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. 🤍

At Soul Healing Counseling, I support adults and teens who are ready to begin their healing journey from childhood trauma, relational wounds, and the emotional weight of life’s challenges.

Using approaches such as Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed DBT, therapy becomes a space where you can understand your patterns with compassion, reconnect with yourself, and begin breaking cycles that no longer serve you.

I currently have openings for new clients.

If you’re navigating:
✨ Childhood trauma
✨ Sexual trauma or PTSD
✨ Anxiety or emotional overwhelm
✨ Grief and loss
✨ Depression or mood struggles
✨ Codependency patterns

Support is here.

“Grace softens the pain, love holds the wound, and compassion leads the healing.”
