Great news!

We will be opening back up for morning Urgent Care starting January 4, 2021.

We will be accepting walk-ins between 8-8:30am for established patients only.

We are asking that all patients and care givers wear a mask on premises. Only one adult with patient permitted. We reserve the right to see patients inside, curbside, or in the car based on provider discretion. Please be patient with us as the safety of you, your family, and our staff are our utmost priority.

Hello Sage Hill Families!

As per CDC recommendations, we are now asking that every person coming in to our office for a visit wear a mask. This includes all parents and patients. Remember, we are only allowing those that are symptom free into the office, so this pertains to everyone.

Unfortunately, due to the shortage of masks, we are not able to provide them. Luckily, there are available resources on making simple and inexpensive (often free!) masks at home. Please refer to the link below.

As always, please continue to wash your hands regularly and refrain from touching your face.

Due to COVID19 and our ongoing mission to keep our families and staff safe, we will temporarily be suspending our walk-in hour in the morning. Our office hours will be 9am-4pm (closed 12-1 for lunch). As mentioned in our previous post, please continue to call our office to schedule any sick (telemed or curbside) or well visits.

Our staff here at Sage Hill Pediatrics is committed to keeping your family safe and healthy. For that reason, we have made a few changes to our daily operations.
1) We will still be seeing well child checks and vaccines in the building. Our staff will call you the day before your scheduled appointment to make sure you and and your child are not exhibiting any symptoms and your temperature will be checked at the door.
2) We are requesting that only the patient and one parent/caregiver enter the building for the appointment (please speak with the staff before hand if there are any special circumstances that would prohibit you from adhering to this request).
3) Please park curbside.

4) In order to check in, you will communicate from an intercom outside of the office then wait in your car. We will bring you back straight to a room when one is available.

5) We are currently not seeing "sick" patients inside our facility. For urgent sick or other concerns, patients have two options a) telemedicine or b) curbside visit. Please call the office to schedule these appointments.
In summary, patients or accompanying adults with any of the following are not permitted in the office:

Past 48 hours:
Fever
Cough
Runny nose
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Past 14 days: Known exposure to COVID
We are encouraging all of our patients and families to practice social distancing. For this reason, play dates and playgrounds are not recommended. Kids and adults can enjoy time outdoors but should maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from people outside of your family. Avoid touching your face and wash your hands frequently.
