We are seeking submissions for:

✔️60-min panels
✔️60-min workshops
✔️Talks and panels should focus on what you accomplished, lived experiences, showcasing lessons learned, and sharing with others how you use your knowledge.

📣Workshops should be skill building, interactive, sessions.

🌿This conference brings together community leaders, concerned citizens, elected officials, academics, and industry experts to break information silos through information sharing focused on identifying solutions to heal and improve the health and environment of all Georgians.

🌿Attendees receive solutions-oriented information on the dimensions of environmental health that impact Georgia residents. With sessions on environmental justice impacts, translating knowledge into action, and community coalition building, we discuss, and more importantly, actively brainstorm, what community work can be done right now to move the needle on improving environmental health.

Exciting Announcement: We are Honored to be a grant recipient from the Georgia’s Breast Cancer License Plate Fund to reduce breast cancer disparities.
Thank you to Georgia CORE (Center for Oncology Research and the State Office of Rural Health in the Department of Community Health.

“While Georgia has increased our breast cancer screening rates, not all women – particularly those without health insurance – receive appropriate screening or treatment,” says Katreena Davis, Program Manager for Georgia CORE.

Georgia CORE is dedicated to strengthening the quality of cancer care in Georgia through research, education, and advocacy. Through collaborative programs and partnerships, the statewide nonprofit advances research and increases access to clinical trials, resources, and screenings and preventative services to reduce the burden of cancer in Georgia.
