The change of season brings the best diverse fruit; and the farmer market is the place to go. I found these plums at the Farmer’s market. I threw the recipe in the trash😩. Sooooo, I can’t tell you the names. I will research them later this week😅. The yellow ones are sweet, but the colorful ones are a little tangy, but I added pink salt to make them taste good.

Your guess is better than mine???

Pilates, yoga, warm-up, stretching..whatever you need to name it…it works. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way.
