ABOUT CAROLINE RYT: In 2008, I began my Yoga teacher training through a Kripalu and Ashtanga teacher in Northborough, MA and have been teaching and continually learning ever since. In 2017 I completed another 200Hr YTT under the guidance of Laurie Searle and BeYogaATL. Encouraging and enabling others to live a heart-filled healthy lifestyle, I am also certified in Yin-Yoga, Group Exercise ACSM ©, American Red Cross, SPINNING©, ZUMBA© and more. My ultimate intention for community and corporate yoga is to facilitate a class that enables students to take their practice with them off their mats and out into the world. Fleshed out in real life, I want everyone to know about the joys of yoga and to receive the benefits of a lifelong practice of any caliber.

Open to Work: Driving Positive Change through Equity and Inclusion

With a background deeply rooted in sociology, communication, and education, I am passionate about leveraging business as a catalyst for positive social impact. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to designing and delivering JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, inclusion) training programs that foster accessible and affirming spaces across diverse settings. My research on identity intersections and educational outcomes underscores my commitment to understanding and improving social dynamics, particularly within academic contexts.

I bring expertise in adult learning methodologies and design thinking, successfully implementing needs-based communication training programs that advance organizational equity and sustainability goals. My professional journey has consistently centered on advocating for diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability in both educational and professional spheres. Guided by a strong sense of purpose, I am driven to effect meaningful societal change.

I am now actively seeking opportunities where I can continue to contribute to these crucial areas. My multifaceted skill set positions me well to drive impactful initiatives that promote equity and inclusion while delivering tangible business results.

Let's connect to explore how my experience and passion align with your organization's goals.

My People

The night is beautiful
So the faces of my people

The stars are beautiful
So the eyes of my people

Beautiful, also, is the sun
Beautiful, also, are the souls of my people

A Letter from a friend, who also owns her studio--paraphrased for you:
Now is the time we all desperately want to go back to “normal,” but let me say nothing about these times is normal. I do not wish to go back and pretend all is well. Now is the time to get quiet and listen in, the time to heal for ourselves and our communities large and small. Now is the time for us to continue to breathe and move together, even while we are apart.

We know many of you miss being in the studio. Practicing at home may be the last thing you want to do. But what if your practice at home could be used to offset the stress of the day or to create a routine in an otherwise wide-open schedule? During uncomfortable times, yoga can be a safe haven. We don’t care what your yoga space looks like or how loud it might be behind you. Begin by picking a space with room for your mat. Don’t worry about it being pretty, clean, or super zen. Put your mat down and then show up.
