Getting to know Dr. Lindsay Killingsworth!

A native of Sandy Springs, Ga., Dr. Lindsay Killingsworth attended the University of Maryland for her undergraduate studies and then the Medical College of Georgia for her postgraduate studies. She completed her residency at the University of Alabama.

Dr. Killingsworth’s passion is for adolescent gynecology, contraceptive counseling and helping young patients with their first visit to the gynecologist. She has a special interest in menopausal medicine, urinary incontinence and pelvic floor surgery. Dr. Killingsworth enjoys taking care of patients throughout the many stages of their lives: adolescence, childbearing, menopausal transition and post-menopause. She prides herself on being an advocate for her patients when they ask for advice and simultaneously treating them as equal partners in their own care. Dr. Killingsworth is a Fellow in the American College of Ob/Gyn and board-certified by the American Board of Ob/Gyn.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time at her home on Lake Lanier with her husband (a plastic surgeon at Northside Forsyth) and her two daughters, Evie, Lily and Sophie.
