Good day beloveds!!

Making my rounds today. My bandwidth is limited as I preserve me and conserve energy.

The gloves are off, as they say.

You may have heard me say this recently. Themetaverse doesn't feel good or safe. Not that is has been before, but it is clear. I see the red flags. I won't paint them white.

Life changes in a blink of an eye. This is not new.

100mph winds aren't new, yet they are to us. So are fires in January. Blame a politician all you want. These lands, this earth 🌎 suffers the madness humans inflict. Grab water from here and there, but without rain, we are but a desert with humans who claim to be conservative, yet hate conserving anything. Especially water.

The rah rah rah is loud and obnoxious.

Those who have ears to hear are listening and those who have eyes to see, see clearly...even when there is smoke.

Don't wait for the dust to settle to find your breath or honor your SOUL. Death comes for everyone, even those with bunkers.

The beauty within us is outrageously inspiring. I find it almost miraculous, that we, humans, in our being, is this briliance...and when we shut out the noise, the bullying, the oppression, the loud and obnoxious, the arrogance ...we hear, feel, touch, smell and see what our SOUL knows.

And every pressing down, or life crushing, soul aching moments beckon our brilliance to the forefront...and like a propagated plant...we find water and sunlight, soil and love...and we grow. We regenerate LIFE FORCE ENERGY.

We are Phoenix Birds. We are magic. We are miracle. We are earth and sky. We are all that is...and no weapon, no lie, no foot or arm pressed against us will ever prosper. May the gods continue to rise and may we continue to bless each other's souls. And so it is. 🙏🧿🌿

Are you interested in learning Reiki?

Join me for Reiki 1 and or Reiki 2 Class, on January 25th and/or 26th 2025 from 10am to 3pm, in Glendale, California. Lunch will be provided. (Address will be provided upon registration). The $44.00 deposit saves your seat and is non-refundable. Class cost includes your Reiki attunement, materials, lunch and teaching. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a Certification of Attunement.

By registering for both classes, you save $44.00. You do not have to take both classes on the same weekend.

You will get a lot out of learning Reiki, especially those of you who are sensitive to energy, empathic or absorb energy. You will learn the basics of your energy portals, how to protect your energy field and how to clear energy, as well as how to give Reiki to yourself and others. .

Beautiful NEW Day. I get that we are now in a new CALENDAR year, and that evokes an array of emotions for different people. Paired with that Capricorn energy (and drive) the systemic programming to DO-DO-DO (different than singing doo-doo-wahoo), is loud and tad pushy.

How do you deal with the pressure?

I keep hearing "breathe into it" and "relax" - so I AM being chill, while breathing so that I can HEAR my self...really, hear my SOUL. I am not forcing a resolution, because I want to enjoy this winter rest. Then when the NEW YEAR Springs into BEING, I will too.

In the meantime and in between time, I am facilitating a Reiki 1 and 2 Class this month. Please note the date change. Get into the practice of knowing and working with your energy. Learn how to clear and protect your energy field. Each person's activation varies, yet is undeniable. The deposit is only $44.00. The Class Cost is due by the 24th of January. Friends and Family!

I was introduced to personal development work in 2008, after my Dad died. It was an invigorating time for me. It was like waking up to myself. Somewhere in there is when I learned about Reiki. I was also introduced to Ike Pono. It was like being HOME.

You might hear me say "remember who you are". I AM Love's Joy. Remembering who I AM to my core, my essence, was an incredible shaking off of all things hiding me. Ike Pono Quest is a beautiful class that I recommend to all my loved ones. You are included in this.

The next class is November 16th and 17th in Whittier, CA.
