Traditionally, this is one of the most stressful weeks of the year for me. I am reminded of hummingbird and its essence of Joy. It loses vitality and cannot thrive if it feels caged. As I sit here thinking of all I "need to do" my body yearns for stillness, my mind yearns for emptiness, my spirit yearns for freedom. I feel as if I have boots on, trodding through murky waters, not free and light, gracefully darting around drinking the nectar of life. I choose to release this heaviness, this agenda, that no longer serves me. I allow divine light to pour through, purify my essence, and remind me that I am in my power and there is nothing I need to do. A new choice creates a new path. Thank you, hummingbird, for your inspiration ✨
