Hope everyone had a Great Monday!

Wanted to pass on that I will be in and out of the studio from May 22 till June 3rd.

There are still a few openings this week:
Wed 9:30am-1:30pm; Thurs 5 pm-7pm and Saturday 12-4pm.

After that, my next openings are Wed (29th) 11 or 11:30 am or Thurs (30th) 12 or 1 pm.

Studio hours will return to normal on the June 4th.

If you need assistance scheduling, please do not hesitate to reach out!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

Hola Good Friends 😎 First, I want to apologize for not keeping this page active. I got lost in my own finding balance and focused on learning new modalities and my classes at FSCJ. With that said, I will be adding cupping to the service list 👌 and some have already benefitted from the added sports stretching 👌

There have been some changes to my hours (to help support my balance) but as always, if you need something outside of my normal hours, I am open to chat about it and make work for both of us 😉

Starting today, this page will be very active, providing information about Unplug with Zehn, healthy benefits of massage (or life in general), funny memes or I may even share some playlists of the day 😎🤘✌️
