Yes I missed the best swell of 2025 to surf a wave pool in Texas. Everyone up the east coast can’t stop telling me how good it was. I missed it for sure but the summer wasn’t all bad. See above.

Just a quick heads-up — Surfside Chiropractic will have a reduced schedule this week due to the July 4th holiday. We’ll be closed on Thursday, July 3rd to allow time for the long holiday weekend.

The Jacksonville Beaches tend to get a little crazy around the Fourth, so please stay safe, take care of yourselves, and enjoy the celebrations responsibly.

If you’d like to get an adjustment before the holiday rush, be sure to schedule earlier in the week!

School’s out for summer! With schedules opening up, now is a great time to prioritize your health and get in for a chiropractic adjustment.

Last week was a little hectic for me as I missed some time at work do to a last minute surf trip to El Salvador and a 5th grade graduation for my daughter Mariana. This week we are back to regular hours feeling refreshed and recharged. I would like to thank my fellow chiropractors for keeping me feeling good and in surfing shape as the waves got big last week in Central America (see below).

Great job Neptune Beach Elementary for a fun 5k on the beach. Congratulations to my wife and my daughter for their 1st place finish. Henry came in with a 5th place finish- Not too shabby for an 8 year old.
