FACTS ABOUT CUCUMBERS
1. Cucumbers contain most of the vitamins you need every day, just one cucumber contains Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc.

Living healthy is more than just losing weight, its a lifestyle! I have so many people asking how I lost weight and what did I do? MOST of these people are looking for a fast, easy, quick fix that does not exist. Yes I lost the weight fast, yes it looked easy from the outside looking in, yes it was easy once I got started... BUT no, it was not an easy fix.... I changed my lifestyle meaning I drank only water with the exception of UNsweet tea once a day, I drank about 3-4 liters of water a day in fact... NOT east LOL, I intermittent fasted every day between 18-20 hrs and ate Mediterranian food during my eating window. That was VERY hard for me to eat disciplined as it is for many. But once I got past week 2-3, it was apart of ME and my NEW lifestyle!!! ONLY YOU can make the change

2020 may be one of the craziest years most of us have ever experienced...... however....don't let that keep you from being or become the BEST version of YOU!!!!! Since losing 72lbs last year, I gained 25 back during our months of lockdown and forming a bad habit of being lazy. I am currently on day 2 of a NATURAL detox and back on the grind to lose the covid weight and a little more. At day 2 I can already tell a huge difference!!! For example I do not feel bloated at all, digestive system has started to function on a regular so to speak and with much more ease, I have plenty of energy, and feel lighter. Can't wait to see how I feel and look by the end of the week. Eating Mediterranean style lifestyle to detox FYI...
