200-HR Yoga Teacher Training: Power Vinyasa & Yin | CPR Certified | Atlantic City, NJ
Tasha Shirk is a certified yoga instructor based in Atlantic City, NJ, holding a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification in Power Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. She teaches at The Leadership Studio in Atlantic City, holding space for growth, balance, and transformation on and off the mat — committed to making yoga accessible and welcoming for everybody. Her approach blends breath-led, heart-centered teaching with intelligent sequencing and a calm, supportive presence, creating an experience rooted in connection, awareness, and care. Tasha came to yoga because it taught her how to come home to herself — through breath, stillness, movement, and presence, she found healing, strength, and peace, and now shares that journey with others. To her, yoga is more than poses; it is connection, awareness, discipline, and love.
Jen Nagle
NASM Certified Personal Trainer | Corrective Exercise Specialist | Zumba Certified | Northfield, NJ
Jen Nagle is a certified personal trainer and Zumba instructor based in the Northfield, NJ area. She holds a Personal Training Certification and Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a Zumba Certification, and has been in the fitness industry since 2020. Jen specializes in full body wellness, strength, mobility, and corrective exercise — currently training freelance clients and teaching Zumba at NYC Fitness in Northfield. Her approach blends personal training, corrective exercise, and the joy of dance-based fitness, creating an experience that is energizing, empowering, and rooted in reconnecting people with their bodies. Launching her career during the pandemic only deepened her commitment to making fitness accessible and meaningful, wherever people are.

Judie Mangano is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor teaching at Zen Landing Wellness and Healing. She holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification completed at Zen Landing Wellness Studio (2024) and a Mat Pilates Certification (2025), and has practiced yoga for many years, bringing a depth of lived experience to every class she teaches. Judie specializes in breath-connected yoga, asana, mindful meditation, and mat Pilates — supporting students in building strength, flexibility, balance, and self-confidence on and off the mat. Her approach blends intentional breathwork, physical strength, and meditative practice, creating an experience that is heart-centered, uplifting, and holistic. Judie was drawn to yoga and Pilates during a time when she was searching for herself — and found that movement held the power to heal. That personal transformation guides her mission to help students find their own power, move with confidence, and live each moment more mindfully.
