The Emerald Hour Retreat is our very first overnight wellness retreat — and we’re doing it right. All meals, spa treatments included. Plus a hands on cooking demonstration with a Canyon Ranch Chef and a specially curated Emerald Green Wind-Down Night in silky greens.

Some things are created because they fill a gap in the market. Some things are created because women genuinely need them.

I’m so excited to announce that registration is officially open for Rest & Revive — the first retreat experience by Soft Girl Summer Camp, happening October 1–4, 2026 at Evermore Resort in Orlando, FL.

In conjunction with an incredible collective of women, I’ll be joining the experience as one of the facilitators, leading clinically informed reflective wellness sessions centered around softness, guided reflection, boundaries, and intentional rest.

And this is just the beginning.

Over the next few months, we’ll be announcing a few more overnight retreat experiences and collaborations — and this one is up first. If you’ve been craving intentional spaces that feel thoughtful, beautiful, culturally grounded, and deeply cared for… stay close.

What I love most about this retreat is that it isn’t trying to “fix” women. It’s not performative wellness. It’s not built around trends.

It’s thoughtful. Joy-forward. Intentional. A space designed for women navigating full lives who want a real pause without sacrificing beauty, comfort, community, or themselves in the process.
