Join us for Mammos & Mocktails on Thursday, April 30, from 5–8 pm at Cass Health. Relax, catch up with friends, and get your private mammogram done. These special evening appointments include added perks (at no cost!):

At Cass Health, we recommend women receive a breast cancer screening once a year beginning at age 40. Be sure to talk with your primary care provider about your family history and personal risk factors, as some women may need to start screenings earlier or have additional or more frequent screenings.

Good to know: women ages 21–64 may be eligible for free cancer screenings, including PAP tests, HPV tests, mammograms, and more. To learn more or enroll, contact Public Health at 712-243-7551.

Our next Siblings Class is coming up soon!
📅 Monday, March 9th
🕖 5:00 - 6:00 pm
🏥 Cass Health OB Navigator Room
🧸 All kids who participate will receive their very own teddy bear!

This free class is for children aged 2 and older to attend with their parents. The class will feature hands-on activities like swaddling, feeding, diapering, and holding a newborn.

Reservations are required for the Siblings Class; please call the Cass Health OB Department at 712-250-8862.
