Dear Shenandoah Medical Patients and Friends,
Please join us in celebrating 5 years of serving our patients and community at SMCC. We are truly grateful to our patients, families, friends, staff and colleagues for their support and encouragement. We could not have made it this far without you all.

Below are some of our momentous highlights over the past 5 years:
- We started with 5 patients and have grown to over 1500, with over 3000 encounters
- Participation in many health fairs at various locations; and hosted 3 major health fairs at our Lake Worth, FL location, where we were able to include other community partners
- In 2018, we launched our foundation - Shencare, in collaboration with the Department of Health, to provide free care to the underserved and uninsured two Saturdays per month
- We provided clinical hours for over 15 NP students, totaling approximately 2700 clinical hours
- We provided clinical hours for 12 medical assistant students and 3 RN students
- In 03/2019, we became a part of history when the NP autonomous practice legislation was voted into law
- In 09/2021, we opened our second location in Homosassa, FL (Citrus County)
- In 10/2021, we launched our formal NP preceptorship program (nppreceptorship.com)

We are movers and shakers breaking new ground for the future.
