After 41 incredible years of dedication, compassion, and service, today we celebrate a truly remarkable milestone—retirement!

Darlene McMillan has been the heart of Atmore Nursing Center for over four decades, touching countless lives with her kindness, patience, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Her impact goes far beyond her work—she has been a source of comfort to residents, a mentor to coworkers, and a friend to all who have had the privilege of knowing her.

Darlene’s legacy here will never be forgotten. The difference she has made in the lives of so many is truly immeasurable, and her presence will be deeply missed.

As she begins this new chapter, we hope her days are filled with rest, joy, and all the things she loves most. She has more than earned it!

Today we celebrated Dr. Seuss Day by making Cat in the Hat top hats with fresh strawberries and marshmallows—and they were as fun as they were yummy! 🍓🤍🎩

It was a busy (and meaningful!) week showing appreciation to our incredible Case Management teams!🎉
From USA Health Providence and Mobile Infirmary to Thomas Hospital, we were grateful for the opportunity to provide lunches and a little extra love. We wrapped up the week partnering with local Home Health and Hospice teams to celebrate Windy at Thomas Hospital—because caring for those who care for others matters!💙

Today we had the honor of celebrating our Resident Mrs. Elise Rivers as she turned 100 years old! She was surrounded by so much love as her grandson, his wife, her great-grandson, and her uncle joined us to celebrate this incredible milestone.
