SB252 has been SIGNED! Governor Ivey has signed the Community Pharmacy Relief Act into law this morning. This is great news for community pharmacies and patients in Alabama. Thank you to everyone that rallied to help make this happen! Thank you to all the legislators, and to the Governor!

SB252 - Community Pharmacy Relief Act passed the full Alabama Senate with 32 Yea, 0 Nay, and 1 abstention. Thank you to all the Senators who worked so tirelessly on this! Senate Bill 252, the Community Pharmacy Relief Act was introduced today by Senator Billy Beasley. It is a bipartisan effort to maintain access to care for patients across the state. Expected to be in Senate Committee tomorrow at 1 p.m. Please contact your state senator and ask they support SB252 to keep pharmacy doors open.
