I’m headed back to Coalgate Choctaw Community Center Farmers Market today I should be there from 9:00 am until noon. I have tomatoes, potatoes, Vidalia onions, jalapeno peppers and fresh local honey. If you want to use your Chickasaw or Choctaw WIC and Senior Farmers Market cards I can take them. This will probably be my last market setup in this area, so come on out and get some of the very best produce available.

I will be at the Atoka Choctaw Community Center this morning from 9:00 am until noon with some fresh produce apples, tomatoes, potatoes, onions and bell pepper. I will also have Fresh Local Honey for sale as well. This will be the last Choctaw Community Center Farmers Market this year so if you need to use your WIC or Senior Farmers Market cards it would be a good time to do it before they expire.

Since I have so many nice pumpkins on hand I thought I would try my hand at a pumpkin carving(Jack-O-Lantern). It was very complex but the “Savior” theme is exactly what I was trying for. Too much devil, demonic and witchcraft themed carvings create an unhealthy spirit for our home. So this is my first attempt and it didn’t look all that great until I turned out the lights, then behold. Another added bonus is that Tanya Durham-Miller roasted the pumpkin seeds and they taste awesome! Blessings and Much Love!

One of the great things about being a farmer in the marketplace is the sheer numbers of people that I encounter. Hundreds of people every week come by market or communicate with me in some form or another. I’m the pastor of the smallest church in the smallest town in Oklahoma, so my ability to engage with people in Farris, Oklahoma is extremely limited. But I believe God has opened the doors wide open for me to minister to my customers. I have led people to salvation, prayed with the sick, prayed for pregnant mothers and their unborn children. Most of all and more important than any words that come out of my mouth is the presence of God in the marketplace. God is everywhere at all times but that special anointing when the Holy Ghost shows himself in power and glory is something unique. I want to say thank to everyone who has felt comfortable enough to share their personal needs with me and allowed me to pray for you in the name of Jesus! And of course I must give glory and honor to God for using and old washed up preacher like me to do mighty things in His name, Amen.

I’ve been getting a lot of feedback lately that some folks have Choctaw or Chickasaw WIC and need to spend it before it expires. I’m both a Choctaw and Chickasaw farmer and you can spend your WIC dollars buying the best locally sourced produce from me. Please call or text me if this helps you out. Also I set up my produce stand at the Choctaw Community Center Farmers Market on Wednesdays from 9:00 am until noon for your convenience.

Mini-Market in Atoka this evening. I will set up across the street from McDonald’s at the red light from 6 o’clock till 8 o’clock tonight. I have about 40 medium and small black diamond watermelon for sale at $10 each. Also, I have Peaches, okra, cucumbers, Vidalia onions and red onions come out get fresh produce. Thank you to everyone who supported our Choctaw Community Center Farmers . Your support enables us to continue to provide the freshest local produce available. A special thanks to Councilman Anthony Dillard for allowing us to set up at the community center and supporting the market. We will be back next Wednesday so make sure to come out and see for yourself what it’s all about.
